Papaya Is A Digestion Powerhouse — Strive This Abdomen Soothing Smoothie

Papaya is my favourite fruit. Once I was doing volunteer work in Costa Rica, I had some minor sicknesses, like constipation, indigestion, pores and skin rashes, sore throat, and a little bit little bit of homesickness. It doesn’t matter what my drawback was, my host mother would all the time give me papaya and say, “¡Come un poco de papaya y te recuperarás!” (“Eat a little bit papaya and you may be high quality!”)
